Already an agronomic 'hottie', your key purpose in this role will be to give guidance in the company's policies and strategy of crop, soil preparation, planting, protection and harvesting. As such, proven management practices and a relevant degree will be fundamental to your success in this role. The ability to speak Spanish is also key to getting the right message to suppliers and there'll be plenty of international travel to go and see them!
