Job Description

    * Responsible for the Management and all others activities of the Poultry Farm.
    * Responsible for the Poultry Farm Local & regional sales.
    * Ensure price fixation.
    * Appointing of new Distributors and retailers in Local & Regional level.
    * Ensure collection of sale proceeds and organize for its remittance at the region.
    * Marketing efficiency.
    * Traders relationship.
    * Implementing sales strategies and assess the impact of advt and recommend the Director for further improvements
    * Implementing development sales strategies and assess the impact of advt and recommend the Director for further improvements.
    * Implement the regional sales plan based on the regional business plan.
    * Responsible for sales realization.
    * Production and Sales as per the daily budget.
    * Draw customer satisfaction action plan with Director and ensure customer satisfaction.
    * Customer visit.
    * Implementing the Director's sales strategies effectively.
    * Responsible for Sales and traders communications at the region.
    * Assign the goals, monitor and review the performance of the personnel reporting to the position.
    * Customer relationship and satisfaction.
    *
      Escalate issues to the management which require management attention.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA (operations) or any Management qualification is desirable.
- - 5 + years of experience in Poultry industry.
- AGE 30 TO 45 YEARS. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION IS DESIRABLE. SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE ON SUPPORT SERVICES LIKE ACCTS / ADMIN / PURCHASE.
- Able to handle high volume transactions.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing of Frozen, Chilled food products.
-Candidate should be a good Team Player.
