We are seeking an experienced person to take responsibility of the development and day-to-day vineyard management.

This is a hands-on position and the successful applicant will be experienced in all facets of vineyard management, operating the vineyard to the highest standard.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

    * Self motivated
    * High level planning and organisational abilities
    * Sound decision making capabilities
    * Proven leadership skills managing staff and contractors
    * Possess a passion for viticulture

This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of the development at ground level. The role has a high degree of autonomy where your knowledge and experience will be put to the test.
