Description:     Arboriculture / Forestry Specialist or Arboriculture Lecturer required to work as an Arboriculture Lecturer within the Arboriculture department of a successful further education college. The package includes:

- salary of £18000 - 30000 (dep on qualifications and experience);

- 35 days holiday plus bank holidays;

- access to a teachers pension (approx 14% employer contribution);

- opportunity to apply for £4000 'golden hello' (eligibility criteria)/

NO PREVIOUS TEACHING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED as full training will be given with the opportunity to work towards teaching qualifications. Any previous teaching experience will be a benefit, whether in a classroom or practical setting. If you hold, or have been working towards, the Assessor or Verifier Awards (A1/V1/D32/D33/D34/D36) then this will also be a benefit.

Essential qualifications include:

- a minimum of a level 3 qualification in arboriculture;

- keen commitment to working in education.

The successful Arboriculture or Forestry Specialist / Arboriculture or Forestry Lecturer will be responsible for teaching a range of courses to students within the Arboriculture Department.
