Responsibilities:
- Determiniation and execution of chiemical and microbiological analysis.
- Interpreting all lab data.
- Entering data into the database and maintaining all records.
- Tracking winemaking experiments and trials.

Requirements
- Four year degree required, preferably in chemistry or microbiology.
- 3+ years background working as an enologist.
- Must have some quality control background.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
