Product Manager (agriculture)
Responsibilities:

    * To develop, communicate and implement crop strategies and crop solutions,
    * Market segmentation, analysis and product positioning,
    * Identify and prioritise for profitable growth and define services required to extract this potential crop solutions,
    * Create sales support material (presentation materials, leaflet text, articles, advertisements, direct mails, publications),
    * Work with the development team to ensure technical work is in line and supporting the crop strategy,
    * Contribute to the annual budgeting as well as to the long and mid term business plan development,
    * Lead the relevant crop team,
    * Ensure that the Syngenta central strategies are properly adopted to the Hungarian conditions,
    * Represent the Hungarian business on European and regional crop meetings,
    * Reports to the Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

    * University of agriculture, specialization on Crop Protection.
    * Min. 2-4 years of experience in marketing field, preferable in the area of agriculture
    * Crop management experience is a plus.
    * Strategic mindset, creativity (innovation),
    * Result oriented approach,
    * Good communication skills,
    * Teamplayer,
    * Good level of English (fluent),
    * Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
