SENIOR WINEMAKER
Australian Vintage Limited is one of Australia's largest wine producers. We have a vacancy for a senior winemaker at our Buronga Hill Winery near Mildura.
The Senior Winemaker will be a vital member of the winemaking and technical team. The position reports to the General Manager Production - Buronga Hill Winery and will suit a winemaker who wishes to produce popular premium wines.
The Senior Winemaker must manage all winemaking tasks from grape receival through to bottling, with little supervision. Technical expertise, planning skills, people management and a results driven attitude are all pre-requisites.
Tertiary qualifications in Oenology and some experience with larger scale winemaking is desirable. Remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience.
