Trainee Winemaker 
           
          Location: NSW - WILLBRIGGIE     
     A family owned winery dedicated to producing premium estate grown wines from the family's vineyards across Australia are seeking a Trainee winemaker to work as a part of a professional team. The successful applicant will report directly to the chief winemaker, and initial duties will be concentrated in the winery laboratory and cellar which will develop essential skills to successfully complete relevant tertiary education in this field which will be financially supported by the company. Applicants must have: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, competency to perform, self motivated and has initiative, ability to meet deadlines and work as apart of a team, must be ambitious and committed to a career in the wine industry. Applications from students currently studying wine science or those already in the industry wishing to follow the career path of a winemaker would be ideal. Applicants from students currently completing their higher school certificate will also be considered.
