Responsibilities

* Work with the After Sales Technical trainers to prepare courses and equipment on any Agricultural or Construction products.
* Design and develop training rigs and displays as required by the technical trainers.
* Support the technical trainers during training courses by demonstrating repair procedures, rebuilds and test methods.
* Design training courses on basic mechanical, electrical and hydraulic principles, and present the courses to dealer apprentices, technicians and company staff as required.
* Administer all aspects of the introductory technical training, and ensure that the courses are updated as necessary.
* Support the administration, upkeep and development of the local Training centre and the standard of training delivered.
* Provide feedback to the technical trainers on any concerns that have been raised during training courses

Requirements

* HND in an engineering related subject.
* Field experience of agricultural and / or construction machinery, its operation and use.
* Practical knowledge and operation of Agricultural and / or construction machinery products.
* Mechanical and Ppactical technical experience with agricultural / construction equipment.
* Knowledge of farming / construction techniques
