An experienced citrus farm manager is urgently required to take over the management of this large citrus estate, producing export-quality citrus. Minumum 5 years of citrus management experience, preferably at Senior management level is required, plus an agricultural qualification. The farm is based in the Cedarberg area, and the Senior Manager will be responsible for production planning, budgeting, decision making and staff management, and will report to the Financial Director on a weekly basis. Salary is negotiable, plus production-based incentive. Accommodation & vehicle are provided.
