A well-established 15ha cut flower farm based on the Cape west coast (150km from Cape Town) requires a Farm Manager to manage all aspects of cut flower production on the farm. Candidates should have a solid horticultural background & experience in commercial production of perennial crops or orchard management (cut flower experience would be an advantage), along with good interpersonal and technical skills.
