Agriculture Project / Site Engineer

A great opportunity to join a privately owned company that is thriving on its ongoing success. As a site manager you will have experience of both the agricultural and construction industries and be familiar with current working practises.

To work primarily on grain processing, handling & storage plants for commercial and farming customers alike. The projects are a mix of new plants on Greenfield sites or extensions to existing plants. Applicants should have a good understanding of mechanical and/or agricultural engineering, preferably supported by site experience. The roles are client-facing and with support of senior staff offer the chance to engineer and manage projects from concept right through to completion. AutoCAD experience and knowledge of Health and Safety requirements for construction sites is desirable. Knowledge of grain drying, handling and storage and/or feed milling would be a distinct advantage but is not vital as training will be provided.

Flexibility, motivation and the commitment to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget is essential in this position. Applicants with limited relevant experience may initially be seconded to a site based role as part of their training programme.
