We are representing a leading South African Agricultural company who
are looking for an experienced Farm/
Plantation Manager to manage and work on a Vegetable Farm in Mozambique

You must have at least 5 years' experience in the Agricultural, Farm
or Plantation business and be willing to work
in a remote environment

Portuguese would be beneficial

Duties will include :-


Management of plantation staff of up to 400 employees
Overall management of the plantation, ensuring it is properly maintained
Harvesting and the logistics of getting the harvested commodity to the factory
Planning the evolution of the plantation such as replanting and extensions
Financial and budgetary control
Trade Union negotiation
