Agronomist and Plantation Manager - Jatophra - Ghana

We are representing a leading European Biofuels company who are
looking for an experienced Agronomist and Plantation Manager to manage
and work on a 4000 hectare Jatophra plantations in Ghana.

You must have at least 3 years Commercial experience in the Plantation
business and be willing to work in a remote environment

Duties will include :-
Management of plantation staff of up to 500 employees
Overall management of the plantation , ensuring it is properly maintained
Harvesting and the logistics of getting the harvested commodity to the factory
Road Construction
Planning the evolution of the plantation such as replanting and extensions
Financial and budgetary control
Trade Union negotiation
