About the Opportunity
Hanging Rock Winery has an exciting opportunity for a Winemaker to join their friendly and passionate team in Newham, Victoria.

Reporting directly to the Chief Winemaker and Managing Director, the main aim of this role will be controlling an inventory of approximately one million litres and an annual crush of 700 tonnes. The successful candidate will work in a hands-on position, making at least 50 different wines for the winery's own sales as well as for contracted clients.

A degree in Oenology or equivalent is the minimum requirement for this opportunity.

If you are passionate with a good attitude, this role could be ideal for you! You will work in a creative role, handling a broad array of premium fruit from some of the best viticulture sites in Victoria.

An attractive remuneration package, which could include housing and a motor vehicle, will be negotiated with the successful candidate. Enjoy job security in this role with a 3-year appointment (negotiable).
