Up and coming organic vineyard and winery looking for Vineyard Manager to work with owners to manage vineyard and small crew. Responsible for all vineyard operations and this is a "in the field" position. Requirements will include tractor work, spraying, hand work and managing crew. Working spanish a requirement as well as previous vineyard experience preferrable, but person with farming knowledge will be considered. Some work in winery will be required as well along with owner/winemaker. Salary based on experience and benefits are included.
