-Até 35 anos, formação superior preferencial na área agrícola.

-Aceitar a responsabilidade de gestão de uma das quintas da exploração em Quelfes.

-Afinidade com o trabalho de campo totalmente no exterior.

-Coordenação e trabalho com equipas e máquinas agrícolas.

-Disponibilidade em trabalhar com horário alargado.

-Domínio da língua inglesa falada e escrita preferencial.

Schroll–Flavours ( Ex-Frigaardfresh ) are looking for a person who can, together with the manager of the farm, have the daily responsibility for fertilization and pest control of our fresh herbs production.

 Schroll-flavours is a young company who develop fresh cut herbs production in Lagoa area, Algarve since 2017. At the moment the company have 20 ha for their production, 8 ha of them organic. Our goal is to continue develop this production in close partnerships with our Portuguese and European customers to secure them the best quality all year around.

We are looking for a person who want to be part of this development, a person whom are willing to go the extra steps to get to catch the goals we set together and for whom only the best is good enough.

Schroll-flavours offers a job in a flat organization where every employee is important, we work with a positive attitude because we think it´s the way to get the best energy from people.

 The person have to understand Portuguese and English, both speaking and writing, the experience doesn't matter so much, the best is the motivation and curiosity to learn new things.
