Graduate Placement

Hall Hunter Partnership is the leading grower of soft fruit in the UK following consistent growth over the last 10 years. In order to maintain this growth and operate at the level of excellence demanded by the sector, we are recruiting our future management team.
A number of opportunities exist for high quality graduates, who aspire to be the best in British horticulture, to join the Hall Hunter Partnership Graduate Development Programme. Ideal candidates will come from horticultural, agricultural, business management or engineering backgrounds, however the most important attributes are enthusiasm and drive.
Successful applicants will join the HHP team and, over 1.5 years, experience all aspects of the business as a preparation for their future career with HHP.
Main Responsibilities
Participants will rotate through a number of roles which will include most of the following:
Growing high quality crops (glasshouse or field)
Harvest Team leading
Husbandry Team leading
Quality assessment and management
Irrigation and nutrition
Tunnel management and climate control

Your development and education during the programme will be fully supported and structured so that each task area is fully covered and signed off as you progress.

Successful completion of the programme will result in you joining the HHP team on a permanent basis at one of our sites in the UK- Berkshire, Surrey or Sussex or Portugal.
Applicants: Must speak English, be computer literate and be able to work both individually or in a team. No experience is necessary but a willingness to learn is essential.
Salary: This is a full time position and the successful candidate will be offered £21,000 per annum.
