Our client is investing in a 430ha homestead at Lower Alentejo Region to build a magnificent self-sufficient homestead with a significant drip irrigated vineyard (potentially 200 ha) and winery.
Grupo Moneris is looking for a viticulturist agronomist to manage all production activities of the homestate that include vineyard, crops, livestock, budget, human resources, maintenance, facilities and equipment.
Job profile
Reporting to the General Manager of the Company, the Production Manager will be responsible:
• Development of a new vineyard production;
• Development the quality of yield, whether livestock or crops;
• Support the needs of the production operations by assuring the right focus to maximise financial and quality performance;
• Lead operational staff;
• Embrace a full-time long-term project.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
• Degree in Agronomic Engineering or related;
• Irreproachable ethical conduct;
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in similar project;
• Age between 35 and 45;
• Flexibility, enthusiastic and able to supervise and take care the field operations.
