Reporting to the Operations Director, this professional will have the responsibility for the overall management of agricultural operations and cost effective delivery of crops to the company´s processing operation. This professional will also maintain strong relationships with farmers, external stakeholders and regulators.
The candidate must meet the following:
- Degree in Agronomic Engineering;
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience of working in an agricultural context and in a Management position (including team management);
- Fluent in English;
- Willing to travel abroad, when necessary
