Knowledge
– Plantation agronomy & systems
– Plantation (agronomy) Management

Skills
– Leadership skills (1000 employees)
– Organisational skills (logistics, workforce…)
– Budgeting

Experience
– 2 to 3 years Plantation Manager (strictly agronomy)
– Oil palm or rubber plantation experience would be an asset
– Fluent in English and/or French (oral & written)
– African and/or Asian experience would be an asset
